Internetcheers.com is the community side of the site, it has over 4650 members at present but obviously more are signing up everyday. The boards are active every single day and if this site does indeed sell I will still participate as i have made a lot of close friends.

Their is a great untapped advertising opportunity with the boards. the community is so great that it is almost certain to do well. At present we simply run footer ads and an Ifriends affiliate scheme. You really can do so much with this community.

I have a live chat running that uses the forum username logins / passwords so they can chat live - It isn't live on the site as of yet as it's currently used for moderator discussions / one time live chats - but if you were to open this chat room to the public it would be another feature to build upon the community further.

The forums use around 5 - 8 gigs of bandwidth a day! Thats how popular they are!

The hosts I currently use offer you 500 gigs of bandwidth a month for £35 / $70 / every  6 months - its a great deal and you'd be hard pushed to find better. If you wish to move the files to a new host i'll have to give you the ftp details and you will have to download it and arrange that yourself.

Combined theres probably over 30,000 images / 8 gigs of information - it isn't something I could email to you.

InternetCheers has featured in a UK mens magazine and gets a lot of inbound links simply by the quality of the content / great forum community / etc. It is building itself up into a great brand and in the right hands can continue to grow.

I'm selling the site as I no longer have the time to work on this. What started out as a small project became something so great it deserves the time and effort given to it.

Revenue

Last month the site made $200 (with directory (http://directory.internetcheers.com) submissions set at $40) - If you wanted to build upon the amount of submissions i'd work on building backlinks for Internet Cheers and increasing the PR - a 5 or a 6 would dramatically increase these numbers and the platform is there to do this.

The forums made $140 from footer links. These are due to expire at the end of this month and will need to be contacted to find out whether they want to continue with them. But it gives you an idea of what can be achieved.

The site regularly gets advertisers for the main index page (non at present) but we charge around $150 a month for a small banner.

Really these numbers could be tripled with the right promotion of the site and advertising. We advertise all prices in dollars as the site caters for a worldwide audience and it does seem to be a currency that everybody uses and it has done well.

Payments are accepted through paypal and can be set up in any currency you wish (I can help with that if required) it would be very simple to change. Internet Cheers to me is an advertising platform that if you use well you could very easily build upon what we have already achieved in advertising revenues.
